- Depending on the shape and size of the vehicle, but if the vehicle height is within 152cm and the length is 395cm, 6 can be loaded. (Most customers load a combination of 4-5 cars by combining large and small sizes)
- How much is the country handling charge?
- The loading contents may change depending on destination or differences in quantity or condition of vehicles (some cars may be inoperable). Due to these differences, if you know the export contents, please let us know in advance.
- When the destination is determined, how much is the freight?
- It will differ depending on the shipping company. Please contact the shipping company or it’s possible our partner companies to check for you.
- Is it possible for you to perform maintenance or change arts on vehicles delivered to your company?
- Fundamentally we don’t provide that service, but depending on the contents we may consider it.
- Is it possible to load construction machines or heavy machines?
- Currently our company provides that service.
- Can knocking down vehicles into small parts be loaded in a container?
- Dismantlement at our company’s site is impossible, but if the customer dismantles the vehicle, we can load the parts.
- I want to export in a container, but what is the procedure?
- First deliver the vehicles to our company → change the car inspection certificate to export cancellation and then submit → indicate the exporting person and the importing person → check the shipping company’s schedule → check the combination of vehicles.
- What kind of cargo are you handling?
- Manly used vehicles but also building machines, heavy machines, trucks, motorbikes and others.
- Can we ask you for shipping services like customs or contain loading?
- It is possible including land transport (part of the work is done by our partner company).
- We don’t have any export experience to Mongolia so far. Will you support the series of work regarding exports there?
- Our company has been helping export to Mongolia, Asian countries, Middle East, Thailand and so on. Please feel free to contact us.
- What kind of marine cargo insurance do you have?
- Which side pays for the insurance, the export or import side, depends on the trading contract. If you want to know the details, we suggest that you directly contact the shipping company.

- How long does it take to export after requesting it?
- After the export vehicles delivered to our company and all the documents for export cancellation have been assembled, we will make a booking to the shipping company. In case of your current condition, we think it will take 1 to 2 weeks.
- I feel uneasy because this is my first export. What do you think?
- Our company responds with care to any kind of question, so please feel free to contact us by mail or phone.
- From which port are you going to export?
- The main ports are Nagoya Port, Yokohama Port, Kobe Port and Osaka Port.
- When is the payment?
- After the ship leaves the port, our company will send you a copy of the B/L and bill by mail or fax. At that point, please make your payment.
- When can we receive the original documents?
- As soon as we verify your payment, we will mail the original documents or fax the surrendered B/L.
- How much is the price if ask for export agency to serve as proxy?
- It depends on destination and contents.
- Will you help us with various procedure at the importing destination?
- Our company will make the necessary documents and procedures for the requested cargo based on Japanese law from Japan and deliver the B/L to the customer. I’m sorry to say that our company cannot do any work at the importing destination.
- Is there any missing cargo at the destination port?
- There is a system that cargo cannot be handled without showing the B/L at the import destinatio
- What are the contents of marine insurance?
- Insurance will be for fire, explosion, ship sinking up to the destination port. Insurance does not apply for damage or theft during conveyance by ship.
- We are brokers in Hokkaido. Can you pick up cars here?
- We have partner companies throughout Japan.
- Is it possible to retrieve vehicles that have already delivered to the yard?
- If the yard is our company’s yard (non-bonded area), that will be no trouble. But if it is in a bonded area, delivery or retrieval of cars and storage will be charged. (Charges will vary depending on the size of the delivered location and the vehicle.)
