About loading (used cars, used trucks, used heavy machines)
To export used cars by RO-RO ship (very light like ferry specialized only for vehicles) is possible. However, depending on the country’s circumstances to receive exports (port infrastructure or theft and so on), there is increasing demand for export by overseas container ship. There are two types of overseas container ship: 40 feet-HQ (length 12m, height 260cm) and 20 feet (length 6m, height 240cm). The 40-feet HQ is now the main method of shipment. Various types of vehicle are loaded into containers. For example, in case of Toyota Vitz, 6 can be loaded, but in case of different shapes such as trucks, heavy machines and microbuses, our company will plan the best combination for safe loading. The maximum load of one container is 30 tons. Loading a container requires high skill and know how. Our company has never, since its foundation, experienced a situation where loads shifted or cars fell due to special high strength belts. We export all over the world. Japanese manufacturing skill is world renowned among Asia countries such as Thailand, Myanmar, Indonesia, UAE, Africa, South America, Mongolia and Kyrgyzstan.
- ①Vehicle preparation
- We check the vehicle type and car number requested by customer.
- ②First car
- We take to make sure the vehicle's roof has any damage or dents.
- ③Work
- We work to hoist the car so that the front and back,left and right sides and top and bottom receive no damage.
- ④Caution
- During hoisting,if we lift the car against the ceiling it will cause damage or dents.
- ⑤Caution
- When hoisting the car,wire will pass through the drum as much as possible.
- ⑥Caution
- Several clips are used so the wire does not move.
- ⑦Second car
- Sufficient clearance guarantees that the roof does not receive damage or dents and is secured ropes and claspar.
- ⑧Third car
- hoisting car diagonally.
- ⑨Caution
- When passing the wire through the hub,hoses are used so they do not damage the car.
- ⑩Caution
- The vehicle is fastened by clasper so it does not move front and rear of left and right.
- ⑪Caution
- In the case of a heavy vehicle(in case of Pajero,Surf),supplemental wire is added.
- ⑫Fourth car
- The vehicle hoisting work is performed(the same as(2))
- ⑬Work
- The work of hoisting is performed so that the car is not damage on the front and back,left and right,top and bottom(the same as(3)and(4))
- ⑭Caution
- When hoisting the car,wire will pass through the drum as much as possible(the same as(5)and(6))
- ⑮Fifth car
- Sufficient clearance guarantees that the roof does not recieve damage or dents and is secured bt ropes and clasper(the same as(7))
