Shinryu Corporation (from here on this will be referred to as ‘Our Company’) believes that receiving individual information from the customer is the same as receiving valuable property from the customer. Based on this concept, our company obeys the following guidelines in an effort to appropriately manage individual information from the customer.

Individual information is information regarding a person such as name, address, gender, telephone number, email address and workplace address and can identify specific persons by one of the above or combining more than two.

1. All individual information received from customers is used for the following purposes only inside our company.
   （a）　In order to provide service based on the customer’s requests
   （b）　In order to contact customer
   （c）　In order to inform the contents of our company’s services
   （d）　In order to analyze case studies and do marketing to improve our services.
2. If it is necessary to use individual information other than the purpose above, we will secure agreement from the customer in advance. If we do not receive agreement, we won’t use individual information.

When the customer requests or inquires an informative brochure, we will ask the customer to provide the minimum information for the purpose.

1. We won’t disclose information received from the customer to third parties except in the following cases based on the in privacy law Article 23.
   （a）　As determined by the law.
   （b）　In case it is necessary to protect the life, body or property and it is difficult to secure agreement from an individual.
   （c）　In case it is particularly necessary to improve public health or to promote the healthy fostering of children and it is difficult to secure agreement from the individual.
   （d）　In case it is necessary to cooperate with a national organization or regional public body or proxy from them must perform them obligations specified by law and when agreement of an individual may cause difficulties in performing that obligation
   （e）　In case agreement is received from that individual in advance
2. In case it is necessary to entrust all or part of the procedure to a lawyer, judicial copyist or notary public and our company possesses common information with them then our company will secure agreement from the customer by using a proxy contract or other appropriate method. If this occurs, then our company will guide the proxies to obey our company’s privacy policy.
