Our company is an auction member at more than 80 places in Japan, so it’s possible to purchase used cars to match the customer’s needs. We have ties with business partners in Japan for land shipping, so results are swift. Our company is equipped with an 18,000 square meters stockyard for vehicles, and currently about 1,500 vehicles can be kept in that yard.
Export cancellation and registration
In order to export used cars, it is necessary the change the cancellation certificate to the export cancellation temporary registration certification (export scheduled entry certificate) at the land transportation office in each prefecture in advance. Having received the granted certificate, customs clearance is possible.
Customs procedure
The contents of the export vehicles, export heavy machined, export parts and their documents are to be received one week before booking. Container loading is finished the day before ship loading, container loading must be finished and the documents must be given to the customs officers. Our company can handle the complete customs process.

B/L original acquisition
After completion of ship loading, a bill of lading (B/L) will be issued by the shipping company. The bill of lading (B/L) is a very important document for the import broker to receive the goods. It will be mailed after verifying that the money has been submitted by the import agency.
Ship loading
Our company will make the export ship loading documents for our customers. Inside RO-RO ships that are specialized for vehicles, will be organized by a three-dimensional system, and each story is connected by a slope way, and experienced workers will convey each vehicle into the ship at the port and firmly fasten them.
Booking
We contact the shipping company check the schedule or available space of the ship for the export destination and then decide which ship to employ. Booking secures the lading reservation.
